- I doubt very seriously they would restrict access to the code, thereby causing
- users a little more hassle in getting the code, on a whim. No company is that
- stupid (well, maybe a few around the Redmond WA area, but that's beside the
- point). The State Department and other government agencies have been cracking
- down on software exports as of late, and I'm sure USR has either been asked
- and/or forced to comply with these restrictions, or they're voluntarily doing
- it to avoid being confronted by the government.

- BTW, I first called to get the code on the Monday after it first came out. I
- waited on hold for over two hours and gave up. However, I then called back on
- Wednesday and immediately got a tech support guy who nearly immediately
- emailed the code to me, I had it in 5 minutes. Mondays and Fridays are
- notoriously bad for ANY computer tech support department, so try to place your
- calls accordingly.
